Export Format Generator returns with a database error

Description

When running the process Export Format Generator, it return with an error message saying something like: ** Database Error.: DBExecuteError:ERROR: null value in column "version" violates not-null constraint Detail: Failing row contains

I am not able to reproduce issue or steps are not enough detailed. Tested with BPartner window and worked well.
