Steps : Goto Sales Order window and create a new one.
If I make a right click on business partner (label, field or button), i sometimes got the pop up menu (zoom/new record...) from idempiere. Other times i got the pop up from the browser (Refresh, Save,...)
I only got the problem when using Chrome, not with Firefox.

below case isn't exact your issue but i think it's should improve. right click mouse at "business partner" field popup menu is display, continue right click (don't move mouse or move mouse over popup menu) popup menu of browse (every browse) display.
