HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE by Organizacion

Description

Adding functionality to adjust Header Image-logo by organization:
ThemeManager->getSmallLogo()

if not exist configuration variable "ZK_LOGO_SMALL" or is null, and
If exist configuration variable "LVE_ACTIVATE_THEME_BY_ORGANIZATION" and its value is "Y", the Theme Manager looks logo name in AD_Image that declare in AD_OrgInfo for then concatenate relative location url of organization logo, so header-logo.png is replaced

Thanks , the only issue with this approach is when the user log in with org *

Also if a user report information for a different organization - but the logo is the org login.

Anyways, I think the code is very interesting - and it's an excellent example here to include in theme.

I'll label this ticket as "Snippet" - and any code that can serve as snippet for others will have this label.
