“Confirm Query Records” not working

Description

The parameter “Confirm Query Records” on the role is not working. According to the help, If set with a number and the query return more records than specified number then a confirmation is needed! I would assume this should be a dialog! But nothing happens.

Ahh so instead of using the "High Volume" checkbox on Table and Column explicitly, you just configure this value and get the high volumne functionality automatically when the amount is reached.

, I think the error is in the description of the field

> The behavior is to open the query dialog window when the number of records on a table reach the "confirm query records" limit for the role.

Today (Feb. 28 2015) i set confirm query records on the System Administrator role to 5. Then i opened the Element window and queried all entries but didn't get any messages (5536 entries found). Then i searched all elements where the columnname is like "e" and found 85 entries but still no warning. Am i using this wrong or is this a bug? The max query records is working fine by the way.

Just tested this column and is working fine.

The behavior is to open the query dialog window when the number of records on a table reach the "confirm query records" limit for the role.

Note the full number of records of the table (including all tenants) is counted, not just the records that user has access.

Carlos Ruiz
