Refactoring of BOM Viewer

Description

Refactoring of BOM Viewer:

  • Move logics to TreeBOM in org.adempiere.ui project.

  • Add unit test.

Minor Fix:

  • Form should use query instead of ok button.

  • Leaf node shouldn’t show expand arrow.
