Set Default Desktop Font size by Screen Width

Description

The recent increase of default font size for desktop to 14px is causing some layout issue for screen with lower resolution.

This ticket will change that to goes by the screen width of device, 14px for 1500px width and above, 12px for screen with width < 1500px
