Implement link from process ending message to next records

To improve usability we want to implement the ability to link the message of a process end to the record(s) they are linked.

For example the Generate Invoice process can provide links to the generated invoice(s).

Probably we need to create the columns table+record in ad_pinstance_log to implement this.
