MAX_TEXT_LENGTH_ON_GRID_VIEW Sysconfig break row tooltip
Description
steps to reproduce
1. setup MAX_TEXT_LENGTH_ON_GRID_VIEW = 200
2. cache reset
3. make long text record eg. long product name
4. move mouse over name field >> BUG: tooltip doesnt appear instead Row 1 (or 2,3,4..etc)
awaited behaviour: when user move mouse over field with long text (longest then visible column area), then tooltip appear.
