Zk: Dropdown with table reference not always refresh for new record

Step to reproduce:
1. Open Purchase Order Screen
2. Enter an invalid search criteria that will return zero records.
3. Click the new record button. Note the company agent dropdown doesn't have any option populated for user selection.
