Enhanced financial reports extension for Adempiere

Description

A new advanced extension (modular) to Adempiere financial reports.
We have enhanced Look & feel, defined new line report types, spacing, titles,,
percentage calculation fixes and much more.

We have created some a step-by.-step guide (English & Spanish) to install the
extension in existent Adempiere (tested in Adempiere 3.6.1) without source code changes,
just put jar files and perform the active dictionary steps plus integration
steps (scripts) explained there.

We also included detailed descriptions of the new functionality comparing
the look & feel or the current and new enhanced financial reports.
