Add col_21 -> col_30 to T_Report

Oops...
Patch updated (with migration scripts and based on v7.1).
But not tested on 7.1 as I do not have a development environnment for this version ATM.
As the change on FinReport is just SQL, there should not be any issue (as it was working on 6.2)

Hi , the patch shows conflicts to be applied in the default branch.

Also, the migration scripts are not included in the patch.

Please find a patch that adds several columns to T_Report.

nb: For testing, make sure to clean the PrintFormat field on the CreateReport process
nb2 : Could you consider integrating it before 7.1 (as it contains migration scripts) ?
