Payment Term record -- Code should ignore inactive records (1005028)
Description
A minor bug was identified on the Payment Term window; currently, if there is a Payment Term record that is flagged 'Default' but is also Inactive, the code is not respecting the Inactive flag. The record will still be treated as a default.
