leak memory: global resource release at onPageDetached don't call on some case, let leak memory

Description

sometime onPageDetached isn't call
+ session timeout
+ reload page by click F5
so when fall in this condition, onPageDetached isn't call, any release resource depend this function isn't yet release.

if resource is page or session scope. it's not too effect, but if is global scope we are have a leak memory.
