PDF sent by Scheduler display Parameter's database values instead name

Problem: When Admin Creates Scheduler and add parameters like document typeid = 1000012 and status CO, then generated pdf display these - internal db values - instead human readable names - similar when user run reports directly.

Solution: Implement functionality convert ID's to their names including translation.

Steps to reproduce
1. create a new scheduler for any report including status and document type field
2. enter valid definition for parameters
3. run scheduler - > receive email >> Behaviour: attached example..
